The name of the petitioners were removed from the voter list in the SIR proceeding under taken by the respondents. The petitioners have preferred an appeal against the deletion of their name, which is pending with the SIR Tribunal. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the SIR Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the 2 petitioners having their Epic Nos.
