The instant writ petition has been moved by Mr. Vipin Chandra Pandey for adequate protection since there is a threat perception from respondent no. 4 and 5 Mr. Dinesh Nainwal and Ms. Champa Nainwal. 4. On the previous date the State was directed to get instructions on the report of S.I. Rajan Singh dated 29.03.2026. 5. Today Mr. Sushil Chandra Joshi, S.H.O. Mukhani, Haldwani is present in Court and apprise to this Court that subsequent to the report dated 29.03.2026 another report was sent to the S.S.P. Nainital as well as uploaded in Chief Minister Helpline portal and as on date there is no threat perception to the petitioner from respondent no. 4 and 5. However, he further submits that in future if there is any threat from respondent nos. 4 and 5 to the petitioner, he will assess it and take appropriate steps as per law. 6.
