Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant an interim stay till the disposal of the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)No.141 of 2026, subject to a condition. Accordingly, an interim stay is granted till the disposal of the Appeal Suit on the condition that the petitioner shall deposit 25% of the decretal amount, along with proportionate accrued interest and costs, to the credit of O.S.No.267 of 2022 on the file of the District Court, Karur, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court. 08.07.2026 sji TO The District Court, Karur.
