Syed Ali For R1 : Mrs.K.Porkodi Government Pleader For R2 : Mr.F.Deepak For R3 : Mr.J.Parkh Kumar ORDER This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 02.06.2025 passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.14949 of 2025, whereby this Court directed the concerned respondents to consider the representation dated 27.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and accordingly, necessary proposals have been submitted to the Commissioner, Contributory Pension Scheme Division, Chennai -80 as early as on 29.04.2026 and the same was also responded by the said office requesting for some more information and accordingly, the petitioner was addressed to furnish all such information vide letter dated 20.05.2026 and the third respondent is awaiting for response from the 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CONT P(MD). He further submits that in case the petitioner submits such information, the same would be forwarded to the Commissioner, Contributory Pension Scheme Division, Chennai -80 for passing appropriate orders. 3. In the light of the above, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the order passed by this Court though there appears to be some delay in complying with the order passed by this Court. Hence, this contempt petition is closed permitting the petitioner to submit all the information that is sought for by the third respondent and on submission of the same, the third respondent will take all necessary steps for forwarding the same to the Commissioner, Contributory Pension Scheme Division, Chennai -80 without any delay.
