Perused the writ application as well as the payer made therein. 3. On a careful consideration of the prayer made, this Court is of the view that the present application should have been nomenclatured as a CMP instead of W.P.(C). 4. In such view of the matter, Registry is directed to verify the same and, in the event it is found that the correct nomenclature is CMP, to take necessary follow-up steps to covert it accordingly and place the matter before the assigned bench.
