A memo is filed by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner which reads as under: <(1) The petitioner submits that Hon9ble Trial Court has convicted the petitioner to pay compensation of sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (two lakhs only) on the file of II Addl. Cj and JMFC, Malur. Further submits that as per order of this Hon9ble Court, the petitioner has deposited sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (one lakhs Rs.) before the Trial Court i.e., 16.04.2026. (2) The petitioner submits that remaining balance sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (one lakhs only) will be undertakes paid to the respondent. Wherefore, the petitioner prays that this Hon9ble Court be pleased to grant two months time to pay remaining sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (one lakhs) before trial Court under the circumstance case may be disposed of.= 3.
