1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. The petitioner’s prayer seeking higher scale of pay on enhancement of her educational qualification is pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), South 24-Parganas.
3. Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands
disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), South 24-Parganas to take a decision on the petitioner’s prayer strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. An opportunity of hearing shall be granted to the petitioner for production of all documents in support of her claim.
5. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.
6. If the claim of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.
7. Learned advocate for the petitioner is
directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 29th November, 2025 along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.
8. The school is directed to render all necessary assistance and co-operation for ascertaining the claim of the petitioner.
9. The writ petition stands disposed of.
10. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
11. Urgent photostat certified copy of this
order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
