Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), South 24-Parganas to take a decision on the petitioner’s prayer strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 2 4. An opportunity of hearing shall be granted to the petitioner for production of all documents in support of her claim. 5. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. 6. If the claim of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay. 7. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 29th November, 2025 along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. 8.
