These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent, namely Natarajan, in S.A.(MD)No.78 of 2005 and to bring on record of the proposed respondents 25 & 26 as the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent as the respondents 25 & 26 in SA.(MD)No.78 of 2005. 2.The second respondent, namely Natarajan, has passed away on 06.08.2025 leaving behind the respondents 25 & 26 as his legal hires/legal representatives. 3.The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions are satisfied. Hence, these petitions are allowed.
