SAKTHIVEL, J These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 213 days and 224 days respectively in filing the Writ Appeals against the order dated 20.01.2025 made in W.P(MD)Nos.5930 of 2009 & 1440 of 2015. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the delay occurred owing to administrative reasons and on account of the transfer of the concerned Assistant Superintendent. 3.Notice had been ordered and duly served. However, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it is only appropriate that the appeals be heard on merits. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and these petitions are allowed.
