Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner participated in Patwari Recruitment Examination, 2025 initiated vide Advertisement No. 2/2025 by Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur.

Learned counsel submits that the respondent-Board itself has declared the result in which, normalization of marks of the petitioner has been shown to 158.0601 in Female OBC-LD/CP Category whereas, the cut off marks declared for the same
[2026:RJ-JP:12533] (2 of 2) [CW-5360/2026] category are 145.5365. Learned counsel submits that despite securing more marks than the cut off marks, without intimating any reason whatsoever, the petitioner has not been selected for the post of Patwari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied, in case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file representation before the Competent Authority with regard to her grievances.

In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before respondent Nos. 2 & 3, who shall consider and decide the representation within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this
order.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
