Cont.P(MD)No.1629 of 2026 ORDER The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No. 9182 of 2026 dated 06.04.2026. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner completed MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery by executing a bond undertaking to serve the Government for a period of two years. However, till date, no posting order has been issued, thereby preventing the petitioner from discharging the bond service. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking return of the original certificates. 3. This Court, by order dated 30.06.2026, directed the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation and to issue appropriate posting orders. The learned Counsel for the State submitted that since no vacancy is presently available for accommodating the petitioner under the bond service, the Government has issued G.O.Ms.No.167, Health and Family Welfare (MCA-I) 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
Cont.P(MD)No.1629 of 2026 Department, dated 24.06.2026, permitting candidates to obtain their original certificates where the Government is unable to provide posting for bond service. It is further submitted that, if the petitioner approaches the competent authority and files an undertaking affidavit in terms of the said Government Order, the original certificates will be returned. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to file an undertaking affidavit in terms of G.O.Ms.No.167, Health and Family Welfare (MCA-I) Department, dated 24.06.2026 and receive the original certificates.
