No.18540 of 2026 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to reopen the proceedings in Na.Ka. No. A1/3474/2025 dated 27.08.2025, receive and consider the petitioner's counter statement along with the supporting documents, take into consideration the Official Surveyor's Report dated 09.09.2025, and conduct a fresh enquiry by affording sufficient opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, before passing final orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, in the proceedings referred to above, sufficient opportunity was not granted to him to place his objections and supporting materials before the 1st respondent. Hence, the petitioner seeks reopening of the said proceedings and a fresh enquiry after providing an opportunity of personal hearing. 3. In view of the above submission, the 1st respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 2 to 4, afford them an opportunity of personal hearing, consider the counter statement, supporting documents and the relevant records, and thereafter pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
