Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner against transfer order dated 10.01.2026, has been disposed of by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal vide order dated 19.02.2026, directing the petitioner to make a representation before the competent authority describing his difficulties and objections against the transfer order, and the petitioner is also ready to make a representation; however, hardship of the petitioner has not been [2026:RJ-JP:9579] (2 of 2) [CW-3739/2026] properly considered by the Tribunal and the petitioner has been transferred in the mid-session. 2. In the light of above, it is directed that in case, any representation is submitted by the petitioner against transfer order dated 10.01.2026, the competent authority shall decide the same in accordance with law by a speaking order. 3. However, even if the representation is decided against the petitioner, the petitioner shall not be relieved from the present place of posting till 31st of March, 2026, and shall be allowed to continue his work at present place of posting. 4.
