The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the survey was conducted and boundary stones were fixed, no sub-division was made at the subject property. Hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner’s representation was duly considered and disposed of by the respondents vide order dated 25.04.2026. Further, he would contend that the representation was made by the petitioner only for the purpose of conducting survey and fixing boundary stones.
