When the matter came up for hearing, the Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner was called for an enquiry in relation to a pending petition. 3. In view thereof, the petitioner may appear before the respondent police on 17.07.2026, and the enquiry may be completed on the same day, or, if not, within one additional working day. Thereafter, the parties shall be bound by the outcome of the enquiry. The petitioner shall not be repeatedly called for the enquiry. This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly disposed of.
