Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “(i) Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Respondents to consider and decide the joint representation dated 15.12.2025 and reminder dated 16.03.2026 submitted by the Petitioners for mutual transfer at their own expense, in accordance with law, within a stipulated time frame; (ii) Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Respondents to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the Petitioners' representations; (ii) Pending final disposal of the present writ petition, direct the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioners sympathetically and not to take any adverse action against them; (iv) Any other writ, order, or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted in favour of the Petitioners.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioners who are holding the post of Staff Nurse have submitted joint application before the respondent No.2 for their mutual transfer. The representation was submitted on 15.12.2025, however till date no decision has been taken, therefore direction be issued to the respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest within a specific time period. 3. Counsel for the respondent-State submits that she has no objection to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners. 3 4. On due consideration of submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of, directing the respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on the joint application/representation submitted by the petitioners for their mutual transfer in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 2 months from the date of receipt/production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
