The revision petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of A.S.No.16 of 2024 on the file of Sub Court, Sirkazhi. According to the learned counsel for the revisions petitioner, despite the appeal having been listed for arguments even in July 2025, the appeal has not been taken up and disposed of finally, which, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, has been causing serious prejudice to the revision petitioner/the fourth respondent in AS No.16 of 2024. 3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this revision, I am inclined to dispense with notice to the respondents who are not, in any manner, being prejudiced by this order. 4. The Sub Court, Sirkazhi is directed to dispose of A.S.No.16 of 2024 after affording a fair opportunity to all the counsel for advancing arguments in A.S.No.16 of 2024.
