[Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] On 12.06.2026, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Tiruppur City Municipal Corporation, we issued two directions: (1) directing the petitioner to file an application to implead one Balashanmugam, who is the cause for issuing the impugned proceedings and (2) directing the Corporation to produce the file containing the enquiry proceedings conducted prior to the issuance of the impugned notice. 2. Pursuant to the said directions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a petition to implead Balashanmugam as the second respondent. The said petition in W.M.P.No.26891 of 2026 stands allowed. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take private notice to the newly impleaded respondent, returnable in three weeks. 4. Insofar as the production of the file is concerned, the learned Standing Counsel for Tiruppur City Municipal Corporation is not present today. Hence, the matter is adjourned to 31.07.2026.
