ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:- i)
"Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent shall consider representation dated 05-04-2025 vide Annexure-B with immediate effect. ii) Issue a Writ are order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity."

3. Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners and having gone through the papers, I am of the considered opinion that no such amenities could be
directed to be provided to the petitioners when the petitioners are admittedly unauthorised occupants. The land has not been acquired and allotted to the petitioners. The acquisition itself is yet to be completed.

HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:5515 WP No. 18202 of 2025
The unauthorised occupancy cannot be regularised by directing the providing of amenities.
4. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities to firstly, acquire the land, thereafter seek for allotment and then to seek for amenities to be provided.
