The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.13012 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court – I, Villupuram daily twice, at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m, until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court – I, Villupuram on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
