JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER Date : 27.02.2026 Heard Shri T. Gyadi, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms. T. Wangmu, learned State Counsel, A.P., who have appeared online. This is a matter pertaining to the Itanagar Bench and this application has been filed for review of an order dated 13.02.2026 passed in the connected WP(C)/415/2025. By the aforesaid order dated 13.02.2026, the writ petition was dismissed on withdrawal. The learned counsel for the applicants/writ petitioners has, however, submitted that due to inadvertence, the aspect of seeking liberty before making the prayer for withdrawal was left out and accordingly, the same has not been reflected in the aforesaid order dated 13.02.2026. He, accordingly submits that the aforesaid aspect of giving liberty may be incorporated in the order dated 13.02.2026. Ms. Wangmu, learned State Counsel does not seriously object to the aforesaid prayer. Considering the nature of the prayer made in this application, this Court is of the opinion that the order dated 13.02.2026 is liable to be modified by inserting the aspect of liberty to the petitioners. Page No.# 5/5 Accordingly, the review petition is allowed by observing that while the connected writ petition has been dismissed on withdrawal vide order dated 13.02.2026, liberty would be there for the applicants/writ petitioners to approach this Court for any grievance.
