Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.52 of 2026 under Section 29 read with Section 8/21 of N.D.P.S. Act and Section 109, 121, 132, 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 3(5) of BNS. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that co-accused Haseena has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2026 in the similar offence. 6. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application. 7. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Nazim @ Nadeem @ Naseem be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 9.
