In view of the aforesaid submission, since, the respondents have disposed of the representation submitted by the petitioner, as directed by this Court in order dated 11.12.2023 in W.P.No.34130 of 2023, this Court is of the considered view that the respondents have complied with the order, though with a delay. 5. In view of the above, there is no necessity to proceed further. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail further remedies in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 29.06.2026 by which the representation was disposed of. 6.
