Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 04.06.2026 to rectify the UDR patta by inclusion of the name of original pattadars for the property situated in Kummanur Village, comprised in Survey No.148/5, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District to an extent of Acre 3.82 cents. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 04.06.2026 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
