The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on completing investigation in crime No.183 of 2024, referring as mistake of fact, closure report was filed in RCS.No.2 of 2026 dated 17.06.2026 and as such, the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.5044 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 has been complied with by the respondent. 3. Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed.
