Petitioner stands implicated in an incident of assault. 4. Considering the fact that the police filed charge sheet, need for placing the petitioner No. 1 in custody is not felt. 5. In such circumstance, I grant anticipatory bail to petitioner No. 1 (Ekbal Sk @ Md Ikbal Sk) 2 6.
