The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for a direction upon the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to defreeze the account of the petitioner upon setting aside a sum of Rs. 126/- only which is the subject matter of the investigation of the case. 2. Learned Advocate for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 being the concerned bank appears and submits that the said bank has already set aside the said sum of Rs. 126/- from which the subject matter of the investigation of the case initiated by Hudkeshwar Police Station, PSI Daware, Maharashtra, Nagpur City. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner grievances have been appropriately redressed. 4. Accordingly, WPA 20294 of 2025 is disposed of on the above observations. 5.
