Side) for R1 to R3 ORDER Considering the nature of allegations made and the fact that FIR is also registered on 08.06.2026, the prayer to transfer the investigation cannot be granted. However, the 3rd respondent shall strictly proceed with the investigation and the 2nd respondent / Deputy Superintendent of Police shall also monitor the same. 2. It is seen that even though clear cut allegations are made, the case is not even registered under Section 4 of Women Harassment Act. Therefore, the 2nd respondent shall consider the entire issue which happened so far and monitor the investigation on day to day basis. 3. It is also submitted that the de facto complaint has now moved to Chennai and has got serious threat.
