Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is keen to pursue the writ petition and further undertakes that the defect(s) pointed out by the Office in writ petition shall be removed within a period of one week from today. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. 4. S.B.
