Petitioner has not filed any appeal against impugned order despite it is specifically provided under Section 18 of Arms Act, 1959. 3. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file appeal wherein petitioner can also raise a ground that whether the proceedings were concluded for cancellation of arms licence ex parte without proper notice or notice was received later on. If appeal is filed by petitioner within ten days from today, the Appellate Authority shall decide it preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of appeal.
