The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing impleadment of the following officer as respondent no. 4 in the connected WP(C) No. 273 of 2024 “Smt. Angom Shijalembi Chanu, MCS, Administrative Officer in the Department of Art & Culture at Palace Compound, Imphal East District and resident of Thambalkhong, Imphal East District, Manipur- 795005”. It has been submitted by the learned Sr. counsel appearing for the applicant that impleadment of the said respondent no. 4 is necessary due to amendment of the connected writ petition and that the said proposed respondent no. The petitioner is directed to file a recast petition impleading the propose respondent no. 4 in the said recast petition. With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
