Das Gupta Collage Haft Chinar through its Director Ghulam Nabi Var Vs. Custodian General J&K Kashmir and Ors.”, this Court is inclined to dispose, at very inception stage, the present petition preferred by the petitioner who is said to have sought intervention in the matter on the aforesaid file before the J & K Special Tribunal, Srinagar which came to be allowed in terms of an order dated 31.01.2024 passed by the Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal, Srinagar 02. The Chairperson, Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal, Srinagar is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the matter within a period of next three months i.e., by or before 20th May, 2026. 107 Suppl-I 03. In the course of aforesaid period so given, in case the parties to the revision petition intend to refresh, oral as well as written submissions, then let one opportunity be afforded to both sides and no further. 04. Final judgment shall come out of the case by the time hereby stipulated by this Court unless and until for some exceptional reasons, the Chairperson of the Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal, Srinagar is not able to dispose of the matter, in which case, an extension of time may be sought by laying a motion before this Court. There shall be no self-extension to be availed by the Chairperson of the Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal, Srinagar in disposing of the matter within time set. 05. The file produced by Mr. Manzoor Ahmad, Deputy Registrar, J&K Special Tribunal, Srinagar is returned back. 06. A copy of this order be forwarded by the Registrar Judicial, Srinagar to the Chairperson, Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal, Srinagar for the sake of notice and requisite compliance. 07.
