The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non supply of electricity connection. 2. On behalf of WBSEDCL it is submitted that despite being informed the petitioner has not complied with the prescribed statutory formalities. 3. In reply, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that all formalities have been duly complied with and the meter room as well as the wiring has been completed. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to intimate the respondent WBSEDCL of the due compliance with their obligations. If such communication is received by the WBSEDCL and is 2 found to be in accordance with law, WBSEDCL is directed to take necessary steps to provide an electricity connection to the petitioner after compliance with all statutory formalities and payment of necessary fees. 3.
