Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 29.04.2026 before the respondents to pay compensation for illegal acquisition of land measuring an extent of 13 cents in S.No.435/2, Chinnathimminayanpalli Village, Bargur, Krishnagiri District for the purpose of laying road, inter-alia belonging to the petitioner, being one of the legal heirs of Mr.Chennappagoundar. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mrs.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of first respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 29.04.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
