Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Direct the Respondents no.1 and 2 to release the funds to Respondent no.3 forthwith, in order to enable the Respondent no.3 to make payments to the petitioner towards the civil contract work rendered by him in the limits of Soraba Taluk for the period 201-15, by issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction; (b) Direct the Respondents to release the amount of Rs. 5,42,770/- to the petitioner towards the civil contract wok rendered by him in the limits of soraba Taluk for the period 2014-15, along with 18% interest p.a. from the date of legal notice dated 26.02.2018 vide Annexure-A, by issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction; (c) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the 0case in the interest of justice and equity. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:2218 WP No. 10037 of 2019 2.
