1. Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.
2. State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
3. Police filed charge-sheet.
4. Claim for parity with the accused who was enlarged on anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench passed on August 14, 2026 passed in CRM(A) 2138 of 2026 is not disputed on behalf of the State.
5. Consequently, I grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like
2 amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioners in court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court.
7. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed.
8. CRM(A) 3443 of 2026 is disposed of.
