No. 106 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 118(1) & 324(4) of BNS and 3(1)(r) & 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989(the Act). 2. In view thereof, the petitioners have prayed that their bail application be considered on the same day. However, the hearing of the bail application shall take place with due notice to the de facto complainant. 3.
