Petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.03.2025, passed in WPS No. 1652 of 2025. He submits that vide order dated 23.06.2025, petitioner has been confirmed in service w.e.f. 25.02.2015 and also released the arrears of pay.. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has not been extended the benefit of time pay scale for which he is entitled for after completion of 10 years of service. 4. Submission of learned counsel for petitioner is objected by learned counsel for respondents as it is different cause of action.. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be granted liberty to raise the grievance before the authorities and to file appropriate proceedings for claim of grant of time pay scale. 6. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for respective parties and also considering the submission of learned counsel for respondents that petitioner was confirmed w.e.f 25.02.2015 vide order dated 23.06.2025 and undisputedly arrears of pay has been released in favour of petitioner, in the opinion of this Court, the order under contempt has been complied with. 7.
