JUSTICE V SRISHANANDA ORAL ORDER The petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita is filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to pass an order of anticipatory bail and directing the respondent to release the petitioner on bail, in the event of his arrest in Crime No.281 of 2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(1) read with 190 BNS, 2023 of Nelamangala Rural Police Station, pending on the file of the Prl. Civil Judge (Jr.Dvn) and JMFC Court, Nelamangala, Bangalore Rural District, in the interest of justice." 2.
