The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn in B.A. No.5944 of 2024. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chhatarpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2023 corresponding to G. R. No. 2019 of 2023. It has been alleged that the police had apprehended several persons with arms and ammunitions as they were planning to extort money from crusher mill and mines owners. The petitioner was not apprehended at the spot and some of the accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.4816 of 2024 and B.A. No.2007 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2025. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Chhatarpur P.S.
