The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court had directed the petitioner to submit a Demand Draft before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Tiruvannamalai district, drawn in favour of the Chairman/District collector, the District Mineral foundation Trust of Tiruvannamalai district, (Non refundable), District Welfare Trust, for a sum of Rs.60,000/-[Rupees Sixty Thoudand only]. However, it is submitted that the petitioner, by oversight, deposited the said amount directly into account of “ The District Mineral foundation Trust Rehabilitation and Environment Fund of the District”. In support of the same, the petitioner has also annexed a xerox copy of the challan evidencing such payment. 3. Considering the above submission, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.60,000/- directly into the account of “ The District Mineral foundation Trust Rehabilitation and Environment Fund of the District”, of Tiruvannamalai District. 4. In view of the above, Clause (c) in paragraph No.7 of the order passed in Crl.OP.NO.13728 of 2026, dated 03.06.2026 stands modified to the effect that “(c) The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/-[Rupees.
