Writ of Mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondents to declare the probation of the petitioner from her initial date of appointment. 2. The writ petitioner was appointed to the post of Junior Assistant on 08.02.2016. However, genuinity of community certificate was under cloud. Thus, it was sent for verification before the State Level Committee. The State Level Scrutiny Committee, vide proceedings dated 04.01.2022, confirmed the community certificate issued in favour of the writ petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled for declaration of probation and to secure all service benefits in accordance with the rules. 3. In view of the said position, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the proposal sent by the respondents 2 to 4 and pass appropriate final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
