The petitioner is an accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025. It has been alleged that one Milan Kumar Pandit was apprehended by the police and 69 grams of brown sugar was recovered from his possession. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of apprehended accused Milan Kumar Pandit. The said Milan Kumar Pandit has been granted bail in B.A. No. 9536 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2025. Although it appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents relating to NDPS Act but regard being had to the fact that there has been no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and his manner of implication, as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with N.D.P.S.
