I have heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the averments made in the present application. I am of the opinion that the present application requires consideration and hence, the same is allowed on condition that the applicant shall remove the o,ice objections on or before 20.2.2026, failing which the main matter shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
