Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 do not want to press the instant writ petition and pray for dismissal of their case with liberty to file afresh. 3. Prayer is allowed. The petitioner nos. 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 are granted liberty to file afresh. Their cases are dismissed as not pressed. So far as petitioner nos. 1 and 4 are concerned, the following order is passed by this Court: 4. Learned counsel for the writ petitioners prays for expeditious disposal of the SIR Appeal pending before the SIR Tribunal. 2 5. Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, it appears that the prayer is simple and innocuous and there is no impediment to passing such order. 6. Accordingly, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the SIR Appeal preferred by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. 7. It is needless to mention that this court has not gone into the merits of the case and the same may be decided independently and in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made by this court. 8.
