Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Nobody appears on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025 in connection with Rail (Hatia) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2025(N), corresponding to NDPS Case No. 143 of 2025, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 29 of NDPS pending in the court of learned Principal Judicial Commissioner at Ranchi. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is running at the stage of evidence, but not even a single witness has been examined. He has also submitted that the bail application of petitioner has been rejected earlier by this Court in B.A. No. 7433 of 2025 vide order dated 29.08.2025. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the serious nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6. The instant bail application is accordingly rejected. 7. However, the State is directed to ensure prompt production of witnesses. 2026:JHHC:7831 2 8. At this, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is the Railway S.P Ranchi, who would be responsible for production of witnesses in this case. 9. Learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate this order to the Director, Prosecution as well as Railway Superintendent of Police, Ranchi. 10. As nobody appears on behalf of the State, let a soft copy of this order be communicated to the office of learned advocate general to ensure compliance. 11.
