However, there is some inadvertent typographical error in para No. 10 as the FIR No. has been mentioned as “FIR No. 55/2019” instead of “FIR No. 65/2019” and the P.S. has been mentioned as “P.S. Dwarka, Delhi” instead of “P.S. Dwarka, North”. 4. The correct details have, though, been mentioned in para No.1 in the abovesaid order. 5.
