1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

2 14.08.2025 (Annexure P/1), issued by the Under Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Chhattisgarh.
10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to regularize /confirm the services of the petitioners from the date of completion of probation period i.e. w.e.f.
28.09.2019.
10.3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to extend the benefit of continuity of service by counting the petitioner’s earlier service rendered as Sub Auditor in the Co-operative Societies Department w.e.f. 18.08.2009, to provide the benefit of increment and all other consequential benefits.
10.4. That, this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to pass such further orders or directions as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed on the post of Assistant Professor on 20.9.2017 for a probation period of two years. Petitioner has been continuously working on said post since last more than 08 years, but till date the order of confirmation of services of petitioner on the aforementioned post has not been issued by respondent Department. Petitioner submitted several representations in this regard, however, none of the representations is considered and decided. Respondent No.1 by the letter/order impugned, Annexure P-1, dated 14.8.2025
3 has again extended period of probation of petitioner for a further period of one year. Petitioner submitted representation on 19.8.2025 for redressal of his grievance but till date the same is pending consideration. Therefore, this writ petition is filed.
3. Learned counsel for the State prays for time to file reply to writ petition.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed along with writ petition.
5. Grievance of of petitioner is that though petitioner is appointed on 20.9.2017 on a probation for a period of two years. However, since last about more than 08 years, the
order of confirmation of services of petitioner has not been issued. Petitioner has submitted representation before respondent No.1 and 2 in this regard, which is still pending
consideration. In these circumstances, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondents No.1 and 2 to consider and decide pending representation of petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing respondent No.1 and 2 to consider and decide pending representation of petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

7. At the stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit fresh representation and respondent Nos.1 and 2 be directed to take decision on representation to be submitted by petitioner along with pending representation.
8. Petitioner is permitted to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent No.1 and 2 for redressal of his grievance as raised in this writ petition. If petitioner files such representation, respondent No.1 and 2 shall consider and decide the same, along with pending representation, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
