Page No.# 2/2 On 05.02.2026, this Court had granted an interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the IO and record his statement before the next date of listing. The learned PP has produced the updated copy of the case diary wherein it can be seen that the petitioner had appeared before the IO on 17.02.2026. Thereafter, he was formally arrested and released on execution of bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. It is also seen that the statement of the petitioner has been recorded on the same day. The learned PP also submits that the IO of the case has not objected to the regularization of the instant anticipatory bail as the petitioner has been cooperating with the investigation till date. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the ad-interim pre-arrest bail granted on 05.02.2026 is hereby made absolute. It is further directed that the petitioner will continue to cooperate with the investigation and appear before the IO as and when required, without fail.
