Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No. 13695 of 2026 dated 03.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am and 5.30pm until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders”.The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
